Standard returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase (engines: 30 days). We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
1. Return & Refund Period
- Standard returns and refunds: 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Engines: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Requests received after the applicable period cannot be accepted for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and not damaged after delivery (no signs of mishandling or improper installation).
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase (physical or virtual).
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery if you are seeking a replacement.
3. Replacements
We only replace items that are verified to be defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item: please contact our support team first so we can guide you through the inspection and return process.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
